We helped Leatherback by providing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the launch of their platform across five markets. Over a period of four months, the firm delivered key deliverables including customer segmentation and personas, sizing of segments and markets, media consumption and user journey, brand tone of voice, brand manifesto, and lead generation optimisation.

We played a significant role in helping Halls achieve its recent accomplishments. We worked closely with the client to develop and implement various strategies to improve their operations. These efforts have resulted in the publication of the company's first ESG Report, demonstrating their commitment to sustainable practices. We also helped establish a Communication Programme, which is currently being implemented, to enhance stakeholder engagement. Another critical aspect of our work was the relaunch of Halls' Digital Strategy, including inbound marketing tactics such as improving their website and social media presence.

We’ve helped Nando’s and Life & Brand Portfolio within the Hospitality and QSR sector.

For Nando’s, we provided a brand foundation for future growth and developed Brand Compass for both divisions to provide a north star for the brand so ensure consistency across markets.

For Life & Brand Portfolio, we enhanced many aspects of the company such as Supply Chain Central Kitchen from loss centre to profit centre and Blended GP enhancement.

We helped BevCo by developing a Where to Play and How to Win Strategy, creating an Innovation Pipeline, and developing RTM and Channel plans, leading to supply chain enhancements such as recipe rationalisation. We also provided knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams, resulting in double-digit growth and profitability enhancements for the energy brand and customers. Additionally, we worked on GP enhancements across the portfolio, including sales, supply chain, and finance improvements with reports and profitability by customer.

We helped Green Cross, Kurt Geiber and Spitz with various outstanding results. We increased market share and revenue profit as well as a brand identity for Green Cross. We increased market share and helped Spitz achieve Retailer of the Year as well as a Gold Loerie Winner Print Campaign. We created a new value proposition and brand identity system for Kurt Geiber that positioned it as the luxury footwear, accessory and male clothing and dressing solutions for men.

We helped Petley’s ProMeal and BOSS with brand awareness and increasing brand voltage on consideration. We increased the market share for all three brands with outstanding results. We helped ProMeal gain their first vet endorsements and helped Petley’s become the first brand in SA to launch into the Wet Pet Food market and into the Retail Modern Trade Channel.
